Cancellation and refund policy

If you wish to cancel a purchase of a subscription to our Services, you can do so provided that such subscription has not been consumed, accessed, or activated (as applicable) and only if you provide us with written notice of such cancellation within 14 calendar days from your purchase. If 14 calendar days have passed since your purchase, or if your purchased item has been consumed, accessed, or activated (as applicable), we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To exercise your rights under this policy, you are required to provide us with the applicable notice at info@widetherapy.com. In order to confirm the cancellation and refund we may require you to provide us with additional data and information.
